The site faces south from Segok-dong Neighborhood Park, and has a gentle slope. Main entrance accessibilities between each lot should be smooth by using the planned levels, and each lot's boundary line will be eliminated in order to expand outdoor space. The green environmental factor around the site area should be preserved, and it needs to be considered as part of the design factor. To link the past memory of the previous village's shape with the future environmentally friendly new site, the color which was shown in the previous villages should be adapted and applied to the new housing complex.
