This site is designed as a beautiful garden city, which is very appropriate to the climate and environment of the area, as well as the residents' love of nature. Water will be brought from the surrounding canals into the development, with walkways lining the streams.

As a garden city, the development will have a lot of trees, water, and rocks. The buildings will be rock-shaped, with the major design motif being a rock cliff.
